Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ask Frank To Fix It markets and arranges Class A Motorhome Repair, RV Battery Repair, RV Air Conditioner Repair, Dryer Repair, Washer Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Frank To Fix It's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Ask Frank To Fix It in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
